Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy

Please contact us promptly if you need to cancel an order or report a problem.

• Before confirmation: Enquiries can be changed or withdrawn before an order is accepted.
• After confirmation: Cancellation requests are subject to the confirmed order terms and applicable consumer-protection laws.
• Damaged, defective or incorrect products: Contact us with your order details, a description of the issue and clear photographs where relevant.
• Refunds: If a refund is approved, the applicable amount and processing procedure will be communicated to you. Processing time may depend on the payment method and payment provider.
• Marketplace purchases: Orders placed through Amazon, Flipkart or another marketplace must generally be handled through that platform's applicable return, refund and dispute-resolution process.
• Customised and bulk orders: Cancellation, return and refund conditions for customised orders must be agreed upon before confirmation, subject to applicable law.

Please do not share your UPI PIN, card PIN, passwords or OTPs with anyone claiming to process a refund.
